Delivery and payment

As part of the delivery and returns of orders, cooperates exclusively with the courier company:

DPD – delivery of standard shipments

We do not charge ANY fee for package delivery. Also, return shipment is FREE.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time for orders is 2 to 5 working days.

This is the time needed to book the money, prepare the package, and deliver it. When we prepare your package for shipment, we will notify you by email.

DPD couriers deliver shipments from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday.

DPD: If the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the courier will make another attempt, and in case of failure, one more attempt. After three attempts, the package is sent to the nearest DPD point for 5 working days and only then returned to Laris-Perfect.

Don’t know where your package is?

If the status of your delivery has not changed for 5 working days and the courier company has not contacted you, please let us know. This way, we will be able to check where your shipment is located as quickly as possible and, if necessary, arrange for it to be located.

Tracking a shipment

What does preparing a shipment involve?

After placing an order, the products are first assembled in the warehouse and then transported to the courier company’s sorting center.

Once the package leaves the warehouse, the tracking function is activated. At this point, you will receive an email from us with a link that will allow you to find out where your shipment is currently located.

Important! This feature is not activated immediately. Usually, it takes about 24 hours from the time of shipment, and in exceptional cases even 48 hours, for the tracking link to start working.

DPD: The day before the package is delivered, you will receive an email notifying you that the delivery will take place the next day. You can track a package delivered by DPD using a link – click here.

I received the wrong article

We sincerely apologize for this mistake.

Please return the incorrectly received product to us. Inform us of this situation by email or phone. As soon as our warehouse confirms receipt of the return shipment, we will send an email confirmation and refund the amount.

To receive the correct product, please place a new order.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

You can pay for your order directly upon receiving the package from the courier. Please make sure that the provided address is correct and contains complete information necessary for delivering the package to you. Also, pay attention to the correctness of the provided phone number, as you will be notified by SMS before the delivery, which will also contain the phone number of the local courier branch.

Remember to prepare the exact payment amount – the courier is not obliged to give change.

You can pay with a fast online transfer in Laris-Perfect. Payment process

By choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayU system where you will select your bank. Then, you need to log in using your online banking credentials and confirm the payment. Usually, the money is credited within a few minutes after the transfer is made.

Safe shopping

The PayU system has a Business Credibility Certificate and uses SSL encryption, ensuring protection of websites and confidentiality of electronically transmitted data, and guaranteeing a high level of security for transactions made.

Credit card payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards at Laris-Perfect. The payment card will only be charged after the shipment is sent. In the case of product returns, the amount will be refunded back to your payment card account.

Payment process

On the Laris-Perfect website, the customer is asked to provide their credit card number, based on which the seller identifies the issuer of the card. Depending on individual bank account settings, the customer may be redirected to the issuer’s bank page.

Both Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code automatically redirect customers to their bank’s website during the payment process. There, the customer is identified, usually by providing a password (such as an SMS code sent to your mobile phone number or by reading a password generated by a token).

If the customer’s identity is confirmed, they will be redirected back to the Laris-Perfect website where the purchase process will be finalized.

Secure shopping

Your payment card data is transmitted using SSL encryption. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping at Laris-Perfect with a payment card is always safe. Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code, thanks to special encryption processes, allow for exceptionally secure online transactions with a payment card.

Online payment by payment card with 3D Secure

EU regulations are changing to provide you with greater security when making online payments with a payment card. Payment for each order placed after 14.09.2019 will have to be authorized by you using the 3D Secure service, adapted accordingly to the type of your payment card, for example, Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, or American Express SafeKey.

What do you need to do?

If you have not already done so, you need to register your payment card with 3D Secure. Most banks usually offer the possibility to register the card online. Check your bank’s website for more information.

If your card is already registered with 3D Secure or if you have used this option before, re-registration will not be necessary. However, your bank may have established a completely new process to improve the quality of payments. Some banks have designed a new dedicated smartphone application for this purpose. Contact your bank for detailed information.

To ensure that you can pay for your next order easily and securely, we recommend activating 3D Secure before placing your next order.

PayPal payment

Select PayPal payment, and at the end of the order process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal system. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there using your user data and confirm the payment. If you are a new PayPal customer, you can also log in as a guest or create a new PayPal account, and then confirm the payment.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment – this usually takes only a few minutes. After making the payment in the PayPal system, you will receive a confirmation of your order. Please note, however, that there may be occasional errors on PayPal pages over which we have no control.

Traditional bank transfer payment

Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed. Payment processing may take up to 2-4 business days. The ordered items will be reserved for you for 7 days.

You hereby authorize the seller to transfer the right to receive payment to a third party, including to Laris-Perfect Sp.z.o.o.

Important: Each order must be paid for with a separate transfer. Please only include the order number in the transfer title.

VAT Invoice

How can I receive a VAT invoice?

You can download a VAT invoice for your recent orders below. If your order has been placed recently, please wait until you receive the shipment – the document will be available only after successful delivery.

Note: all necessary data for the VAT invoice should be provided in the billing address before placing the order. Enter your tax identification number (NIP) in the “NIP (Optional)” field. Changing invoice details after placing the order is no longer possible.

Is your preferred payment method not available?

We are sorry, but not all payment options may be offered at the time of finalizing the order. Their availability is tailored to each order individually. Manual change by our consultants is not possible.
